  • If you make a payment for our services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

Return Policy 

Refund & cancellation policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

  • 5% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.
     

After approval by our After Sales department, you will be able to proceed to:

  • exchange your order with another service offered on Oasis Accelerator, or

  • get a refund, in the form of Oasis Accelerator Voucher or bank transfer
